Peterhoff is a combination of several palaces and parks, a luxurious royal estate, lying on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, the "capital of Russian fountains" and "the Russian Versailles". The estate was founded by Peter the Great. Here are wonderful parks, 176 fountains of various forms and styles and three cascades, majestic palaces, numerous gilded statues of ancient gods and heroes, remarkable collections of sculpture, painting and works of the minor arts. Absolutely unique place in the world.

Main attractions:
Grand palace (first construction 1714 -1725). Main rooms, interiors of Throne room, Study of Peter I with oak tree panels (wood carver Nicolya Pino), Chinese rooms, portraits room, White dining room etc.

Unique chain of fountains: famous Great cascade consisting of 64 fountains (the biggest one is “Samson, tearing apart the jaws of the lion”) č 225 decorative sculptures. Absolutely unique Fountains Alley, fountain of marble benches, Chessboard Hill Cascade, the Pyramid, the Sun and the Roman Fountains, and many others.

Cottage Palace was built in Alexandria Park in 1826-1829 by architect in medieval English architecture style. This was a private summer residence for the family of Nicolas II. The interiors of the palace were completely restored; Russian and European paintings, pieces of applied art and sculptures decorate the palace.
